Cherokee Trace

Oh come on!!!! We drove here for nothing!? Oh hi! Ok let me rewind the story. So it was  late morning and we started to drive towards Jacksonville. When we finally got to Cherokee trace. Just so you know it’s a place where you feed animals. We drove into the  driveway and they were closed. Oh come on!!!! We drove here for nothing!? Mama, I’m sure we can find another place for your birthday.

Well I was so deeply wrong. So Mama and I went back on Friday. And what to are wondering eyes to appear, a sign on the gate said we’re open so come here!! We drove in and got our feed bags and started the feeding animal journey. We drove over pipes and saw some weird but cool animals.

I started feeding the deer. I can’t even tell you how many deer there were. Like there were fawns and mamas, bucks and spotted deer plus fuzzy deer I can tell you more but we don’t have the time for that. We started to move again and can you believe that I saw two green Alligators?! You probably can’t. Anyways. We saw more deer. And more and more deer. We saw Aoudad, a type of ram. We saw Blackbuck, type of antelope. I saw a brown Canadian Wood Bison. I saw a Camel. I saw big Highland cattle. And an Emu. I saw  some weird donkeys and llamas. I saw kangaroos just chillaxin’. I saw water buffaloes. I smelt a bunch of brown poop. I saw and heard zebras. I got to feed the llamas.

My favorite animal was the cute brown lama because he was just patient and waiting for me to turn around when  I did I fed him. It was a good experience because I got to see animals.
